FHN of Freeport, Illinois, Northwestern Medical Center of Saint Albans, Vermont, Door County Medical Center of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health of Havre de Grace, Maryland have all gone LIVE on MEDITECH’s newest platform with NHA’s assistance.
FHN is a regional healthcare system servicing over 525,000 patient visits per year in northwest Illinois and southern Wisconsin. The healthcare system is comprised of FHN Memorial Hospital, a 146-bed acute care facility, which migrated from MEDITECH Client/Server to the 6.1 platform, and 22 outpatient/clinic locations with approximately 100 physicians, where MEDITECH Web Ambulatory was implemented.
Northwestern Medical Center, a 53-bed community hospital, has been serving the residents of northwestern Vermont for more than 125 years. Migrating from MEDITECH 6.07, this was the first site to go LIVE with MEDITECH’s new 6.16 Web Acute solution.
Door County Medical Center, a fully accredited, acute-care hospital and outpatient medical center with 25 licensed beds, migrated from MEDITECH 6.07 to 6.15. The hospital implemented MEDITECH’s Acute and Web Ambulatory products.
University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Healthservices the Harford County area of Maryland with two acute care, not-for-profit hospitals. Utilizing the MEDITECH 6.0 platform since the fall of 2011, the health system is now LIVE on the 6.1 platform.
