JOB TITLE: INFORMATICS PHARMACIST Grade:17
SCHEDULE Fulltime, Non-exempt, Non-Union
REPORTS TO: Director of Pharmacy
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a current Massachusetts license
- 3-5 years experience with pharmacy informatics systems
- Experience with Meditech Magic and automated pharmacy dispensing systems preferred
- A working knowledge of CPOE and EMAR
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary groups to build consensus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged, extensive and considerable walking/standing. Lifts, positions patients. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling. Ability to hear and see within normal range.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all aspects of electronic medication verification and delivery. Meet quality standards and lead CPOE implementation and education.

JOB TITLE: NURSING INFORMATICS RN GRADE: 17
SHIFT: 8:00AM – 4:30PM
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Flexibility required.
May need to cover alternate shifts and weekends on occasion
LOCATION: North Adams Regional Hospital Nursing Units
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Informatics knowledge and experience required
- Must be a graduate of an approved RN program and licensed or eligible for licensure in MA
- Experience with project management and implementation
- Meditech dictionary building preferred
- Must have evidence of good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Must have willingness to attend continuing education programs
- Must have excellent employment record
- Bachelor degree preferred
