Holyoke Medical Center is currently seeking the following positions:
Clinical Application Analysts
Two Clinical Application analysts' within its Information Technology Department. These positions will implement, maintain, and provide production support for enterprise-wide clinical systems at the hospital. These positions will be responsible for analyzing, supporting, testing, and implementing new applications; and performing upgrades to existing clinical applications.
Candidates must have solid analytical, writing, and communication/customer service skills as well as project management experience. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Healthcare is required. Meditech and/or a advanced clinical background is preferred.
Senior Applications Analyst
Holyoke Medical Center is currently seeking a Senior Applications Analyst within its Information Technology Department. This position will act as a liaison between our IT Department and various end users departments by providing ongoing support for Meditech. You will plan and direct the design, development, and implementation of systems which impact functional user areas and which may involve multiple systems.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience with hospital finance such as billing and revenue cycle improvement. Candidates must also have solid analytical, writing, and communication/customer service skills as well as project management experience, and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
